Welcome to Pi's Fitness

My goals with this blog are as follows:

1. Track my progress across America. What's that? I'm using my home treadmill, which is equipped with iFit and Googlemaps, to walk across America.
2. To track my weight-loss, calories and diet.
3. To help anyone who might have questions on how to lose weight.

Over the next couple of weeks, my mission is simple. Get the blog up and running and updated with my actual results, both exercise and weight-loss.
